You Got Your SIXAXIS in my 360!

Have you ever been sitting on the couch, playing Gears of War and thought to yourself “You know what would make this game even better? Tilt controls!” …yeah, neither have I. But, for the four of you who have always been envious of the Playstation 3’s SIXAXIS controls, there is now an answer for you.

The Tilt Board.

The Tilt Board is, essentially, the heart and soul of the Sony SIXAXIS controller, ripped from the bowels of the PS3 and given to us Xbox 360 owners in a nice, tidy package.

Now, if you think that you’ll be able to just take this out of the box and use it, well… you’re dumb as hell. The Tilt Board is for the more tech savvy 360 owners. For you see, you have to actually pop the controller open and rearrange some wiring. Suffice to say, if you screw up you’re SOL. But for those of you who DO know what the hell they’re doing, I can imagine that the Tilt Board is something that you would look in to integrating into your current 360 controller.

Just be sure to mark the Tilt controller when you’re done. You’d look like a damn idiot if you were turning the controller from left to right, and was getting NO reaction from the game whatsoever.
