Microsoft announcement on Aug. 8th, according to Gamestop e-mail

Joystiq got their little hands on an e-mail sent out to all Gamestop stores from their head office, and it eludes to some potentially potent news regarding Microsoft. Could it be related to the imminant price cut? …yeah, it most likely is. But still, we should expect an announcement on August 8th.
