Rockstar announces new Midnight Club

Rockstar Games has announced their next entry in their wildly popular Midnight Club racing series. With this latest entry, Sam Houser (Rockstar’s Founder) promises that this game will push the boundaries of Next-Gen racing.

Now, the last Midnight Club game I played was Midnight Club 2. I even reviewed it for Joychix.com. If memory recalls… I hated it. And I know I hated DUB Edition, despite the fact that I have been known to show a strong bias towards games featuring Detroit (Robocop aside).

Rockstar Games is proud to announce the fourth installment of its critically-acclaimed and genre-defining Midnight Club franchise, Midnight Club: Los Angeles. Developed by series creator Rockstar San Diego, Midnight Club: Los Angeles will be available for the Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PLAYSTATION 3 system in early 2008.
